we use the nRF52840 and we want to know the leakage current in the pin P0.17, i think it's not mentioned in the datasheet !

There's no leakage current to be concerned off. The impedance of the pin is several Mohm's.

Yes, but we need to know how much (I know it is negligible)
The input impedance is >10 Mohm. So in the pA range then.
Curious how this is important? An ADC input is very different from a GPIO when is samples the pin. It will behave like a cap that's being charged when the sampling starts

This has far more impact on the behavior that the leakage current.
