We need a totally off-line version of nRF Connect for Desktop that can run on a computer that does not have internet access and cannot use a proxy. Is there an off-line installer that I can download?

Can you show me the specific error you see when trying to open the application? On my end it is in ...\Users\<USERNAME>\.nrfconnect-apps\node_modules\pc-nrfconnect-ble\dist so you can check that folder, and maybe try getting it from an online computer if it doesn't exist.

Below is the error. And I confirm that the folder it is looking for does not exist.

But we think we found an alternative way to run this app. The folder below appears to contain a runtime executable. Can you please confirm this would work for us?
