Error building app as per example.

I'm trying to build the UART app with SES as per this example:

And I'm getting this error in SES:

Did I miss a step in the installation and setup somewhere?

Hi Bret

I would strongly recommend just installing the latest version of SES v5. In my case I am running v5.70a, and I don't have any issues with the examples. 

If you need v6 for something else you can always keep both versions installed, just make sure to use the old one for the nRF5 SDK.

I downloaded SES from the Segger site as recommended by your "getting started" instructions and that version is 7.10. Is there a different place to go for a "down rev" version that supports the DK?

If you go to the Segger Embedded Studio download page here there should be a version box that allows you to select which version you want do download:

Alternatively here are links to v5.70a 64-bit and 32-bit for Windows. 

I agree this could have been updated in the getting started guide. The question if we do update it is whether or not we should point to the new nRF Connect SDK platform instead, since this is where all new development happens. 

For what it's worth the release notes of each SDK (found in the documentation folder) lists the toolchain/editor versions that the SDK is tested with.
