nRF Connect for Desktop v3.12.0 issues with opening Toolchain Manager v1.2.1 when selecting "Open VS Code"

When I select "Open VS Code" a pop up window comes up with "Install nRF Command Line Tools".

I have installed nrf-command-line-tools-10.19.0-x64.exe.
Even though I installed I must enter "Skip" so that Visual Studio Code (VSC) comes up.

Refer to the following figure.
I can't get rid of the error shown below.
Refer to "Invalid toolchain location.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So lets start off  by considering if the command line tools are installed. Could you try running nrfjprog in a commandline?

Hi Elfving, 

I was able to solve this issue.

I solved it by downloading and installing the Windows 32-bit version of the command line tools (nrf-command-line-tools-10.19.0-x86.exe).

For some reason the 64-bit version is not recognized by VSC.
