royalties stack BLE nRF softdevice s140 nrf52 7.2.0

Question

good morning, 
 1) we use the RAYTAC module with the nrf52840 chip and I use s140 nrf52 7.2.0.hex softdevice. I would like to know if we have royalties to pay ? 
 2) we are going to passe our product by lab (LCIE bureau veritas) for EMC and radio in early march. Do I need to provide some informations on BLE stack nordic ?

 No you do not need to pay any royalty as long as you are using the softdevice obeying Nordic 5-clause license.

 Most likely you need to provide the QDID that we provide in the bluetooth website listing for that softdevice version.
