Question about PSM Periodic TAU timer element settings for 30 mins

Based on online simulation

The settings is different for the case of 30 mins when comparing settings 60, 50 and 40 mins.   Expect "00000011" for 30 mins, but the online tool gives "10111110" !!!???

30 minutes = 10111110

Bits 876 = 101 = value is incremented in multiples of 1 minute

The remaining bits = 11110 = 30
