Zephyr vscode RTT output not shown

Hi,

I am using vscode and Zephyr want see the LOG_INF messages.
When connecting the J-Link RTT Viewer, I can see the messages coming, but I can not get it in the vscode window(s).
How to configure the vscode?

Hey,

Just letting you know, this has been a pain for me too. Sometimes I got it on VS Code, sometimes I got it in the J-Link web platform that shows up when connected. Restarting VS Code seems to help.
But the most stable and working solution I found was to J-Link RTT Viewer. It gets installed on your pc when installing the toolchains. I ended up just using this.

I can also mention that I often got several instances of jlink.exe running, without easily knowing which one was the active. Using VS code, I also killed these tasks and restarted VS Code to get everything "from scratch". But again, the J-Link RTT Viewer seems to do the trick.
