Help: why i failed to install SDK v4_4_1_31827?

Hi: I'm fresh in use BLE. when i installed SDK, i could not install the lastest version v4_4_1,but can install v3_0_0. My system is MS win XP Pro SP3. Please tell me what the difference of twe version,and SDK v3.0.0 can work well or not.

Thank Kristin very much. SDK v4.4.1 can be installed successfully after i installed .net framework.:)
