Dear Support Team
The VS code has always could found the toolchain path, but it could not today. I don't know why, I try to browse the toolchain path again and click the refresh button, but it still could not find the toolchain path. I have tried to reinstall the vs code and the nRF Connect for VS Code Extension Pack, but it still could not find the path. Many thanks.

Because of I didn't install NCS via the Toolchain Manager, so I didn't try opening VSCode via Toolchain Manager, I always open the VSCode via double click the VSCode icon on the desktop. And I didn't do any update.
This nRF Connect SDK I am using is v2.2.0 which was copied from a colleague before. Usually, I just need to add the paths of nRF Connect SDK and Toolchain separately to the positions in the welcome page like the picture below, then it could work successfully.
And usually, I can open the Add Build Configuration but it could not now. The project tnep_tag was built successfully before, now it get the reminder in the picture below after I click the Add Build Configuration button.

Sorry for that, I don't know where to get the "Generate Support Information". Did you mean getting the "Generate Support Information" on the VSCode?
yes. You can find it under the WELCOME window.
Could you try upgrading the JLink to a more recent version? Now it's in v7.66a
Also, where do you have your VSCode workspace, i.e. where is the folder that you save your VSCode projects located at? For eg, mine is as shown below:

It could find the Toolchain path now, but It popup a reminder of "Couldn't find any nRF Connect SDK installations".
