The installation of the nRF Connect for Desktop v4.1.0 is broken due to the network issue.

My company uses the self-signed certificates and uses a proxy with authentication.

It seems that these items trig an network issue during the installation process of the nRF Connect for Desktop v4.1.0

And when I upgrade the nRF Connect for Desktop software from 4.0.1 to 4.1.0 the installation process completes successfully but the Power profiler app doesn't recognize my PPK2 board...

In advance, thank you for your support.

  • Yes, my PC recognizes the PPK2 board.

The Power Profiler app v3.5.5 recognizes PPK2 board through the nRF Connect for Desktop v4.0.1 but not through the nRF Connect for Desktop v4.1.0 and v4.1.1.

This PC is under my company network which use the self-signed certificates and uses a proxy with authentication.

It's may be the root cause because with another PC (without any group policies) the PPK2 board is recognized within Power Profiler app v3.5.5 through the nRF Connect for Desktop v4.1.1
