TinyDTLS for the IoT SDK, CCM Mode Error 0

Heads up for anyone using the IoT SDK (currently 0.8.0). This SDK has the TinyDTLS-0.8.1 embedded in it... and I believe that there is a bug in the TinyDTLS CCM functions...
