esim card iccid read problem

hi support team,

customer had one problem about 9151 with esim: the iccid can't be readout, it should be 19 bytes string, but we only get 6

may i ask what could be the possible reason?

What modem FW is the customer running? Does the customer see the same issue with other terminals as well? What SIM is the customer using?

9151 MFM2.0.2, using slm, this sim card is esim from china mobile. 

this is single case, not common.

i have no idea what is the possible reason?
