If you are interested in a newer chip, I would recommending looking into the nRF52832.

I have been running a XP virtual machine in the win10, but still prompted USB connection error, I think if USB driver is not installed or the host computer program only supports XP system.What do you think?

Can you test the USB settings by doing some simple tests:
Test if you can access a mass storage USB device inside Win XP in the VM
Test a device with a custom USB driver to see if it is accessible inside Win XP in the VM.
You will need to manage the setting in the VM to get the USB ports routed to the VM, so check that first and then look at the nRF drivers after that.
