EDIT: The nRF24L01+ EVKIT does not run properly on Windows 7 and newer, due to the 3rd-party USB controller chip on the devkit being unsupported. Only Windows XP is supported. Sorry for the inconvenience
If you are interested in a newer chip, I would recommending looking into the nRF52832.
