Unable to start head Topology Monitor

Hi

I have tried to run the thread topology monitor. Each attempt ends in this log message "Error - No response from Thread CLI device.".The COM-port has been chosen a  dongle is available in the USB port. The software has been unpacked from nRFTTMwin32x6401201alpha.zip and execute out the unpacked folder.

Please let me know what is missing.

  • Hi Ryan,

Could you take a screenshot when the issue happens. What happened after that log appeared ? How often do you see the error ?

As I see it does this restrict my access to the network and because of that the displayed topology is not correct
  • Hi Ryan,

I'm sorry for late response. Could you explain how often do you see this error ? It happened on any setup or in particular setup you have ?

It looks like the dongle was not in any network when the issue occurred.

  • Hi Hung
This happens all the time. I have one network, i.e. I am doing the verification of this network that is under development. I have one gateway and 7 nodes which all can act as routers. I do not know which of the network elements that is accessed is reported in an incorrect state - more debug information would be very helpful.
This is what I have in TTM

All 7 nodes are connected to the GW and transferring information, unfortunately that is not what I see.
