Error installing WEST "No matching distribution found for west"

I am getting several issues to install west, and samples look they don´t work without west... Any help ? Thanks

Could you describe to me which steps you have done? Are you using the Getting Started Assistant in nRF Connect?

Have you completed all of step one so that it is green in the menu to the left?

Also, I will need the whole error message. The image you attached is cropped.
