What is the os you're using?
Please be aware that Supported operating systems
If you still have this issue with the supported os, please try to do a full uninstall of nRF Connect for Desktop and re-install an older one like v3.3.1.

Did you try other computers or other networks?
You also could try to uninstall nRF Connect, go into {user}\AppData\Roaming and removed everything that has *nrf*connect in the name, and install again.

3. Is there a way not to connect to the network to update the app?

Thank you very much, this problem has been solved.
1. Find this directory on a computer that has completed nRF Connect software: %USERPROFILE%.nrfconnect-apps
2. Override this directory on a computer that does not display a list of apps: %USERPROFILE %.nrfconnect-apps
3. The unusual problem with nRF Connect that does not display the app directory is resolved.
