Asset Tracker build fails under nRF Connect SDK 1.3

Hi 
 Asset Tracker Build error: 
 
 How to install the missing module required for 'cbor'? 
 I have installed the nRF Connect SDK 1.3 via Toolchain Manager.

 It is working now after I removed the NCS 1.3 and re-installing it again (updating the toolchain does not work although I can see the modules under v1.3.0	oolchain\opt\bin\Lib\site-packages\cbor).
