The Thingy91 is not connecting to the account, when I try to add LTE to an account I get this error:
There was an error adding your device: nRFCode 40101: Device nrf-352656101077652 is already associated with another tenant.
Reset a device gives me this error:

I suspect that you may have associated it via one account and then maybe logged OFF and then connected to another Cloud account?
Can you confirm that this device has never been associated with an account?
I associated it with my account earlier in the week but now it is not seen under my devices. I cannot register it nor can I forget the device.
I suggest that you log out of your account and try to "sign in with devzone" and check if the device is there. If it is not, log out again and log in using the other option. (email + password)
(even if it's the same email as for your Devzone account, it will still be a separate account)
If there is still an issue we will try to do a hard reset from our side.
