Unable to run BLE samle on my nRF52840 dongle using nrf connect desktop application

i have nRF52840 Dongle (PCA10059) and when i connected the dongle and opened nrf connect SDK application and tried to run BLE, then i am getting the following error. Kindly let me know how to fix this issue. Thanks.

"ERROR Failed to setup device: Error message for known response code from DFU target: Opcode unknown or not supported."

Note: i have pressed the reset button so that my dongle so that it enters DFU mode and red LED is blinking.

Hi Nagesh

Do you get the prompt that the "Device must be programmed, do you want to proceed?" Here you need to press Yes in order to proceed, as that is how you flash the device with the BLE connectivity firmware used to communicate with the nRFConnect BLE app.If you decline this, you won't be able to start the BLE app.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, i have got the prompt as mentioned by you. Inspite of pressing yes, i am getting this error.
