Thanks for the reply .Okay I will put Ground plane below at RF components for this design.
Now what to do for my earlier design which pcb is ready with components assembly.which layout has no ground plane below the RF components.
Suggest me what to do .Need to update PCB layout with ground plane below the RF components ???
FYI will go for FCC for both the design

Hi Irfan
If you don't have ground on any of the layers below the matching network or RF section, I don't know how this will affect certification. It might be ok but I have never tested this.
In the reply from Kaja, she say the inner layers should be removed, not all layers. There should be ground on at least one layer.
