I cannot register it.
Please help me to reset it.

please follow this guideline.

There was an error adding your device: nRFCode 40101.

The error says that this device already is associated with another account. Please remove it first.

I messed up with accounts, cause i was able register the device once but i cant recall anymore username or find it from inbox,please help me to reset it. thanks.
