PPK2 showing crazy current even if it is OFF

Just see the screen shot - PPK2 is OFF yet it shows 200mA

Could you try to downgrade the Power Profiler version by downloading the previous version here and follow this guide.

so far so good but it is too short to say

however, I see that the new version is much more different than I thought - see the screen from both versions - see how the new version extended the Y scale from 0, while 3.4.5 is excellent and the chart is where it should be - not from 0 but from min to max of the current it was drawn
