nRFConnect can't detect Jlink after upgrading to 4.0.0

Hello,

I've recently got my notebook formatted and had to reinstall everything. I downloaded the 4.0.0 version of nRF Connect for desktop and Jlink v7.66a, but when I tried to write a .hex to my board, got the following error:

but I followed the same steps and didn't fix my issue.. I have a desktop with the same versions installed, and it works.. I tried checking the paths and it's the same on both, desktop and notebook..

Any thoughts?

I solved it by reinstalling nRF Command Tools and using the link https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-nrfconnect-launcher/releases/download/v4.0.0/nrfconnect-setup-4.0.0-x64.exe. It still shows the message that the installed version does not match with the provided version (7.66a) but now I can access my J-link through Programmer v3.0.7.

I want to thank Mr. Dullius, representative for Nordic in South America, that answered my emails and helped me solve the issue.

Sure!

My nRF Command Line Tools version is 10.19.0, nRF Connect for Desktop is 4.0.0 and J-Link version is v7.80c

All three I've mentioned in the previous post is 64-bit!
