  • Hello,

That appears to be the correct command to set the APN. Can you try running the following read command? AT+CGDCONT?

talmagro in this thread just asked a similar question about how to set up the APN.

Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to set the APN as I have only been using the iBasis SIM that is included with the DK. If you need further support, please open a DevZone ticket by going here.

    Regards,

    Akash

  • Hi AkashAT+CGDCONT? simply returns OK after I reset the DK.  Setting the AT+CGDCONT=1... doesn't help the connection.  I spoke with a Nordic tech and he said that I don't need to set the APN - it should just work.

He also said that he had experienced differences between LTE-M SIM cards and 4G LTE SIM cards.

  • Hi,

Can you please provide us with your IMSI?  Also, which area in Canada are you trying to connect?  We tested in Montreal and Toronto.   Regards, iBasis Tech Support

  • According to the Nordic FAE I've corresponded with the %XCBAND: (3,4,13,20) response is suspect - he expected to see channel 12.
