Hello,
As mentioned in my previous reply, have you had the chance to verify the output power using conducted/cabled measurements? Also, is it possible for you to share a screenshot or image of your setup as well? Can you also provide some more details about the two modules that you mentioned? Have you performed measurements with both before and is one of them made by you?

Samruddhi
Hello Samruddhi,
No! i have done only the radiated emission measurements with 1m of distance between radio module WM02F and the e-field probe, the e-filed probe was connected to the Network analyzer. The WM02F has an integrated antenna.
I only swapped the radio module (sourced from different suppliers) on the same hardware (changed the WM02F WiFi module on same PCB) and non of theme are made by me. My test setup was as below,

Hello,
no i have not swapped the chips and thats what i think could be the issue and asking for your help to verify!
It is also possible that there could be some random fault or that the issue is occurring due to the diplexer being broken. Do you have any more of these modules?
I have tested on 4 different modules with the same results. i have a couple of spare modules and i am working on swapping different components on these just for verification but as of now i have not any results!
kind regards
Hass
Hello,
Our hardware expert has suggested that the next step would be to swap the chips as well so that we get to know if it is the board or the chip which is causing the lower power.

Hello,
now i have swapped all the components on the module without any change in TX power. so my guess is it is the chip itself. and it is almost impossible for me to swap the chip on the module without damaging the chip/module! (sorry not very good in de-soldering the QFNP modules).
is there any other thing we need to look into? firmware?
Thank You!
Hello,
We thought that you were using two different modules, one from Fanstel and one from Jetreq. From the picture you shared, both seem to be the same so a suggestion would be to contact Fanstel about this.

Thank you Samruddhi,

Yes, that is True. and the one from Jetreq has the lower TX power.
a suggestion would be to contact Fanstel about this.
I have reported this issue to Fanstel, but i have'nt got any feedback from the Fanstel. That is why i thought i might get some technical insights from the Nordic Semi team.
