Getting Started with nRF9160 DK

I'm trying to connect to the Bell-Jasper network in Canada but am unable to get the "at_client" application on the nRF9160DK to progress past the blinking LTE indicator of the "LTE Link Monitor" desktop application.   In the package that Bell sent was included an APN address, however I do not know how to use it.  The AT command doc has a section describing packet domain commands that include an APN address.  Do I need to use these commands to connect with their LTE network?

I tried "AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP", "<addr>" but no connection resulted.

Update - I tried with an older 0.7.0 build board (M4 based?) and was able to connect to Bell's network.  Bands 1-5,8,12-14,17-20,24-28.66 are listed in "LTE Link Monitor".  Definitely something not quite right with 0.8.2.

Hi robmilne, I'm also trying to connect to Bell's network using the nrf9160-dk. Do you still have the 0.7.0 firmware files? Did you had to do something else than setting the APN? Thanks!

I thought that modem-fw was on the Nordic site - I did see it recently and checked the MD5 to make sure it was the same as the one given to me by a Nordic FAE.  It isn't there now.  It was called  mfwm1abnrf916006830prealpha where ab = all bands.  My 0.7.0 boards worked after I flashed that version of fw.  My 0.8.2 board didn't work with that fw but our client's 0.8.2 board did - I can't figure it out.  Apparently this version is not fit for general release because of regulator issues.
