What are SDK 14.x.0 known issues

On SDK 14.x.0 only

Please Do not judge the quality of SDK based on number of entries here. This thread should be considered as part of Nordic effort to find issues and possibly give a workaround to maintain the quality of the release.

7) app_timer bug: timeout triggered immediately if the timeout value is greater than MAX_RTC_COUNTER_VAL/2

8) PWM driver: cannot configure output pins on "port 1" (GPIOs on P1.xx).

9) Queued write example uses wrong UUID for the queued write characteristic. [Fixed in SDK 14.1]

10) Out of bounds write in nrf_log which leads to a hardfault [Fixed in SDK 14.1]

11) nrf_drv_spi NRF_LOG_HEXDUMP_DEBUG dumping wrong amount of data [Fixed in SDK 14.1]

12. UART driver does not issue STOPTX causing high current in idle

13. Defining your own NRF_DFU_HW_VERSION leads to an error

14. TIMER2 in PPI example not initialized correctly [Fixed in SDK 14.1]

15. app_button does not support GPIO pins in PORT1 on nRF52840

16. TWI master driver does not configure GPIOs in PORT1 on nRF52840

13. MACRO_REPEAT_FOR_{N} only implemented up to N=15

14. Bug in FreeRTOS port can cause deadlock [Fixed in SDK 14.1]

15. Softdevice handler interrupt priority issue [Fixed in SDK 14.1]

16. The ble_app_uart example will will print an error out of the box

17. Wrong default value for NRF_SDH_BLE_VS_UUID_COUNT in bootloader_secure_ble

18. QSPI driver will deadloop if the READY event is never received after ACTIVATE is issued
