My OS is Windows 10
CTRL+R do nothing, screen still be white.
Updating SEGGER J-LINK Software don't resolve the problem after rebooting the PC screen still be white.
Updating the nRF Connect software to the new version 3.6.0, restarting the PC and screen still be white !
Hope you have other solution ?

I also see that "Getting Started Assistant" display something "DEPRECATE" !

During the weekend I have de-install all and reinstall all, but the result is the same "White screen" ?
I have about 300 units of nRF52832 to flash but I cannot !!
Is it possible to have support for resolving that ?

The reason you see "DEPRECATED" in the "Getting Started Assistant" app, is because it is deprecated for Windows. The inteded way of installing the nRF Connect SDK is through the Toolchain Manager (recommended) or Manually

Which means the "Getting Started Assistant" app showed a white screen.
But now you said you see "DEPRECATED", which means that your issue regarding the white screens has been resolved? Am I right in my assumption?
