After i asked this question , i changed to use SDK 8.0.0 hrs "s110_for_dfu",
As the same step to try,
i downloaded softdevice(s110) & bootloader(for 8.0.0)

HERE is the fix for this problem. It has been reported before (by others) with no reply. I hope that this fix or its equivalent will be incorporated into the next SDK release...
